 Job Description
Huluís Marketing team is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our growing team. As a Paid Social Media Manager at Hulu, you will lead day-to-day management of our paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tumblr and Snapchat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recommendations; contract executions; campaign launches; reviewing audience segments; creative a/b testing; creating campaign reports to track performance, budgets and billing reconciliation; and nurturing relationships with agencies and partners . If you are someone who thrives in fast-paced and demanding environment and possesses strong project management and organizational skills, then this is a great role for you.

Prepare and execute social media strategies, campaign objectives, and tactics and work with the creative team to produce the necessary art and copy.
Provide necessary trafficking information (plans, deadlines, specification sheets, ad formats, specs, targeting, etc.) required to deliver assets to the appropriate agency in a timely manner.
Keep internal teams and agency partners updated and informed on status of all account projects
Design and implement single and multivariate tests to increase campaign efficiency
Act as the paid social knowledge holder and be available for consultation across teams as needed
Ability to analyze data quickly and drive performance to align with companyís channel ROI / CPA goals on a daily / weekly / monthly and ad hoc basis
Articulate insights via reports to internal team members and agencies on calls and in meetings
Manage budgets, ROI/CPA and campaign objectives effectively
Proactively identify new business opportunities by staying informed with respect to industry, direct competitor activities and new products
