The Digital Marketing Manager will champion and oversee day-to-day digital marketing operations that have a timeline for implementation anywhere from minor updates to three (3) months. S/he will be work alongside the Digital Marketing Director, developing strategies within various digital marketing channels and seeing those visions through to fruition. This includes and is not limited to: email marketing, the Westgate Resorts blog, and website sustainment. Also, working with fellow colleagues on digital advertising (banner ads, PPC), digital analytics, social media, and ad hoc marketing campaigns.
Execute digital marketing best practices through cross-channel campaigns
Add/manage website content using the company's internal CMS
Collaborating (and, at times, delegating) website additions/sustainment with the copywriter and project manager
Work with in-house creative team to ensure creative elements are cohesive throughout different digital channels
Has experience with A/B testing and ideation creation
QA (review) websites on a regular basis to ensure the most up-to-date information is communicated and campaigns utilize cohesive content
Works with other departments (Revenue Management, E-Commerce, on-property staff, etc.) to ensure the most accurate information is available on digital channels
Keep the Director and Sr. Director of Digital Marketing informed of all matters relating to website marketing
Performs other duties as appropriate.
