Full-time Sr. Search Marketing Manager (SEM / SEO / PPC) - Austin, TX

Our Sr. Search Marketing Manager is a key leadership role where you’ll work closely with our CMO to execute our marketing strategy as we look to rapidly accelerate and scale our remarkable growth as work towards our mission of becoming the no-comparison, undisputed number one SaaS e-commerce platform. This role has responsibility for executing our customer acquisition strategy, focusing heavily on search marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), while also working with display advertising, affiliate marketing, and other key direct response online acquisition channels. This key position requires a successful online marketing track record, technical expertise, and an obsession with return on investment (ROI).

Here are some of the things you’ll have an opportunity to work on:

•Create, optimize and execute our customer acquisition marketing plan, initially focusing on SEM and SEO.
•Manage customer acquisition campaigns for multiple online channels to deliver qualified leads on time and on budget
•Provide data insights and reports focusing on key marketing metrics including leads, customers, CPA, conversion rates, spend per channel etc.
•Optimize and improve existing marketing channels working with design team to implement, test and improve landing pages, split tests and multivariate campaigns
•Work to ensure that every marketing activity returns a positive ROI
•Identify and execute on untapped potential marketing channels that can drive high volumes of quality leads for low CPA
To be perfect for this role, here are the key skills and experience you’ll need:
•A previous track record of implementing incredibly successful SEM and SEO strategies for a SaaS, online consumer product or software company where your efforts drove tremendous revenue growth
•Incredibly metrics-driven - you understand and utilize industry standard marketing metrics including ROI, LTV, Churn, and Conversion Rates
•You can be very strategic but prefer to be hands on and dive deep into tactics and metrics
•You have significant experience buying, planning, tracking and optimizing online media, including:
•SEM, SEO, and Search Retargeting marketing
•Social Media & Blogs
•Experience with analytics packages (Google Analytics, Adwords, Adobe SiteCatalyst, 
Coremetrics, Test and Target, etc.)
•You dislike bureaucracy and politics - all you care about is getting results
