Online Marketing Manager - Morrisville, NC

Job Description
ChannelAdvisor is seeking an experienced search engine marketing professional to run online marketing initiatives for the corporate brand. This individual will have responsibility for online marketing initiatives in North America, Europe and Asia, leading the planning and execution of online campaigns aimed at driving traffic and leads to the corporate website.
Media types will include paid search, natural search (SEO), display, remarketing, landing page optimization, social, and A-B multivariate testing. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record running online marketing for a B2B brand. This is a key position on the marketing team responsible for delivering results that affect the bottom line directly.
Responsibilities:
• Own all online marketing initiatives intended to drive leads and customer acquisition for the ChannelAdvisor corporate brand
• Lead paid search marketing on Google, Bing and other search engines on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that sales and efficiency goals are met or exceeded
• Own every aspect of SEM, from strategy development to hands-on coordination, implementation and campaign management
• Manage paid search campaigns to optimize click through and conversion rate
• Manage the keyword list plus related copy and testing
• Manage remarketing campaigns to drive conversion of existing web visitors
• Manage online marketing budget, forecasting monthly lead goals and ensuring that they are achieved
• Provide reporting & data analysis to problem solve, identify opportunities and communicate key performance trends to the organization
• Work closely with the design team to generate assets to support driving traffic
• Ensure all landing pages are optimized for conversion and natural search
Required Skills
• Significant search expertise (3 years +), additional online marketing experience a plus
• Expert level experience with Google AdWords (GAP certified a plus) and Google Analytics
• Must have hands-on experience in the planning and execution of paid search, display and SEO for a B2B brand
• Demonstrated end-to-end thinking in defining, creating and executing display and creative testing
• Proven knowledge of key metrics for effective ROI analysis and best practices for SEM optimization across a range of business goals
• Extremely analytical and capable of pulling data from various resources and translating into trends, actionable plans, and reporting templates
• Ability and willingness to think strategically and act/implement very tactically
• An excellent multi-tasker, extremely detail oriented and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines and goals
• Extremely proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about success
