The Company

Established earlier this year, my client is and Independent Digital Media Agency with an impressive client portfolio. Their reputation within the Media sector is developing fast. Established by several of the greatest and well recongnised names of digital, all of which have had successful experience growing start up digital agencies! Their success in winning new business and pitches is ongoing and as a result are inundated with varying projects, spanning the Retail/FMCG industry sectors. With aggressive recruitment plans throughout 2009 and continuing throughout 2010 this is an exciting time for the company and any potential new hires! As a result of the high level clientele/projects the business is attracting they require a Client Services Director to come on board and take the reigns of the major accounts whilst mentoring and aiding the recruitment drive within the Account Management Team.

The Role

The role of Client Services Director is a new role set up to ensure that Key clients are being serviced to the highest standard, consistent across the Agency whilst up-selling additional services that the Client may not be utilising in conjunction with their campaigns. You will lead and deliver the digital offering, combining Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Public Relations (PR) expertise whilst being responsible for the growth and mentoring of the Account Management team You will meet regularly with each client, enabling you to understand the business needs and translate these into a strategy across the business units, overseeing their implementation, managing the process and then reporting and analysing the results and findings back to the client. You will be required to develop strong relationships and will contribute to business strategy, vision, new concepts, initiatives and goals, as well as identifying and highlighting risks, markets and competition.
