The Company

My client is a Digital Communications Agency who specialise in creating excellent Websites and developing the best online strategies. Established in September 2000 they have recently re-located to gorgeous, modern offices with fantastic views in the heart of the city! With a multi million pound turnover and a phenomenal client portfolio, this is an excellent company with exceptional standards and as a result a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience, to which they need an additional member!  The company currently has 25-30 people in house, 10 of which within the SEO team and they are currently running an aggressive recruitment drive due to massive success over the last few years. The Search department In particular is expanding quite aggressively and their plans for the future are extremely exciting!

The Role

The role will be for a Head of Search within the company to report directly to the Managing Director, who I am currently liaising with. You will be heading up the search team and driving the strategy behind SEO, PPC and any additional online marketing channels that will be tapped into. The company already has a strong SEM offering; your role will be to develop this further and be the “voice of SEM” in the agency.

The Candidate

·         You will currently be a SEO Manager or of a senior level within a strategic SEM role; ideally agency side.

·         You will have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in the Search industry and be extremely passionate about all things online.

·         You will be representing the company at events, seminars, client face-to-face meetings for SEM and must therefore be of an extremely high calibre.

·         You will already have experience of managing a team whether that is of a small or large capacity and be able to provide examples of working with high profile clients in previous companies.
