Full-time Online Marketing Coordinator - Marlton, NJ

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy and highly organized individual to join our Marketing team as an Online Marketing Coordinator. The Online Marketing Coordinator assists in the successful and timely execution of marketing efforts and campaigns, including events, emails, web site promotions and social media activities. Goal is to ensure that all approved marketing efforts are communicated and deployed consistently through all channels, tests are properly executed and results are measured for effectiveness and profitability.

This position reports to the Marketing Director. Activities include creation of banners, segmenting and deploying emails using state-of-the-art marketing automation software, editing and uploading video content, creating and publishing blog posts and customer case studies, maintaining integrity of our CRM database, executing surveys, analyzing campaign results, creating and distributing press releases, maintaining keywords on Google Adwords account, updating content on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn and maintaining content on our corporate web sites for optimal SEO benefit and user experience.

Primary Duties

- Craft, segment,execute and track all outbound email campaigns (using Marketo)
- Help craft, edit, publish and distribute Customer Case Studies and Press Releases
- Plan, craft and execute social media campaigns and blog postings
- Maintain up-to-date content on company web pages
- Perform A/B testing to ensure conversion rates are optimized (web pages and email)
- Work with SEO partner and SEM accounts to ensure recommendations are executed
- Support sales team as needed with email templates, lead entry and CRM automation
- Maintain our You Tube channel with current video content (create and edit content)
- Utilize Google Analytics and Marketo to track and publish campaign results
- Ensure that content on partner directories is up-to-date and consistent with our brand

Desired Qualifications

- A Bachelors Degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, web design or a related discipline
- Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies
- 1 - 2 years experience in online marketing
- Ability to “wear many hats” in order to meet changing demands and deadlines
- Excellent writing, copy editing and proofreading skills
- SEO, SEM and Marketing Automation experience a plus
- Ability to follow direction, pay close attention to detail but also self-direct
- Experience with Google products including Gmail, Google Docs and Google Calendar
- Previous experience or knowledge of BTB marketing desirable
- Bi-lingual (particularly Spanish) skills a plus
- HTML/CSS and Web Site design experience a plus
