Head of Affiliates/Affiliate Marketing – International Digital Agency

The Company

Top 10 International Digital Agency requires a Head of Affiliates to join their well established experienced team. With several core offerings, including; Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay-Per Click (PPC), Display and Affiliates and an enviable portfolio of clients spanning various industry sectors, including the likes of; Topshop, JD Sports, Sky, British Airways and Barclaycard they are one of Europe’s most successful and are looking for the next Affiliate Marketing Superstar!! With amazing offices and a Central London location, you will be in the heart of the city surrounded by the buzz of digital. With numerous awards already under their belt, they are continuing to push the boundaries of digital and as such are looking for a like-minded individual to take the Affiliates department to the next level.

The Role

As the Head of Affiliates and reporting into the Head of Digital, your primary focus will be to grow the marketing function and services offerings for my client whilst managing key client relationships for the affiliate marketing function. You will be responsible for moulding and shaping the affiliate strategy whilst growing the affiliate vertical through pro-active selling to new prospective clients and developing sales materials for cross-selling opportunities across their already existing client base. As the Head of Affiliates you will also be required to take part in the training of additional internal teams, including; sales, account management and strategists. You will ensure best practice affiliate marketing techniques are employed at all times across the client base by supporting the account managers in providing client consultancy on appropriate affiliate networks to utilise and approving affiliates that are used to provide lead generation to client sides.

Requirements

·        You will currently be a Head of Affiliates or a senior Affiliate Marketing Manager looking for the ‘next step’.

·        You will have experience managing multiple campaigns across a varied client base (preferably from an agency environment although individuals managing multiple affiliate campaigns within a client side environment would also be considered.)

·        You will have experience managing a team.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·        A passion for Affiliate Marketing and all things Digital!!
