Affiliate Marketing Manager – South London

Reporting to the Director of Affiliate Marketing, the Affiliate Marketing Manager will support both the Agency and Partnerships sides of the business.  The successful applicant will sit within the Affiliate Team and will work on both billable business brought in through the Agency product, providing support within research for Strategy work, deployment of programs according to advise, and potential ongoing affiliate management to a variety of Advertisers.  An additional requirement will be to provide support to the Partnerships side of the business, account managing, where appropriate, Partners, and working on business development of existing and new potential Partners. 

Key Accountabilities

·         Carrying out research into Affiliate verticals and collating research in formal documentation for clients (Microsoft Powerpoint and Word).

·         Affiliate Program implementation across one or more chosen networks, both UK and overseas.

·         Day-to-day account management of Affiliate Programs, including optimisation and reporting as well as advising on strategic direction of the programs.

·         Preparation of thorough monthly reporting, charting successes and offering direction on improvements to always maximise client ROI and satisfaction.

·         Partnership management – working with Publishers on monetisation of their properties, with thorough understanding of metrics and ability to drive the partnership through strategic insight.

·         Monthly reporting routines as well as daily/weekly monitoring of key revenue streams for partners.

Requirements

·         Affiliate Experience Essential – Can be agency or client side

·         Extremely literate in MS Office applications including Word and Powerpoint.

·         Analytical thinker with excellent Excel skills- must be able to demonstrate a faultless thought process in assessing traffic potential and return on investment. 

·         Must be fully conversant in all forms of online media metrics – from CPM to CPA to ROI to AOV and CR. 

·         Confident and articulate client/customer facing person with ability to engage and inspire confidence in ability to deliver.

·         Friendly, outgoing and driven with ability to work under own initiative where needed.

·         Some experience of online acquisition channels including SEO and PPC and their workings on a basic level would be an advantage (although is not a pre-requisite for this position).

·         Proactive, confident, self-motivated, lots of initiative

·         Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
