My client is a boutique agency based in the centre of Leeds with a phenomenal reputation. They are a young, funky agency with a really ambitious and forward thinking attitude towards digital. They have been established for a number of years now and are part of a group that turnover millions. Their client portfolio is highly enviable with a mix of household names, bluechip companies and exciting brands. They currently have a small yet high profile SEO & PPC department with a great mix of employees who are extremley talented. They have had a highly succesful couple of years with some great client accquisitions. Due to this they are now looking to continue to grow their Online division and recruit and additional SEO Specialist.

As the SEO Specialist within this company you will be required to hit the ground running and therefore must have a minimum of 18 months hands-on SEO experience. Your main focus will have been with On Page SEO and you must be able to provide examples of top results within competitive markets. You must able to use html and css. Your role will include the following;

Keyword research, selection and testing

Campaign planning and strategy

Tagging and coding

Keyword density and site usuability

Reporting

Site content

You will be responsible for the full process from strategy and planning to implementation and reporting on the campaigns. You may be required to liase with the clients at some points and must therefore have excellent communication skills. You will be feisty and extremley passionate about the online marketing industry as you will be joining a team with a similar attitude. Ideally you will have experience working within an agency background; however providing you can demonstrate an excellent level of experience and successful SEO campaigns you will be considered. Knowledge of Off Page SEO would be advantageous.
