Port P are looking to develop a strong online presence in the business-to-business marketplace and are looking for an Internet Marketing Specialist to join the organisation and be responsible for all online marketing activities. The main focus will be to drive business towards http://www.port-p.com by implementing online marketing strategies to improve search rankings and the online presence of the company.


Job Description:


We are after a candidate that is passionate about search engines and online marketing. Ideally with two years in house or agency experience you will have highly developed organisation and analytical skills and attention to detail. Most importantly you will be a self starter and use your initiative to develop the role whilst building working relationships with people at all levels within the organisation.


Skills / Experience:


• SEO Strategy


You will own and develop Port-P’s ongoing SEO Strategy, adapting for new techniques and methodologies as appropriate.


• On-Page SEO


You will be responsible for reviewing website copy, producing optimal content and working with the development team to enrich and optimize product and landing pages.


• Plan and implement link building campaigns


You will be responsible for our link building strategy which includes building relationships with key suppliers and regularly seeking out online PR opportunities for Port P to provide content and comments on relevant websites, blogs or social platforms.


• Website reporting


You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting from Google Analytics to provide the business with key insights into the performance of the site and any online campaigns.


• Html and CSS experience preferred
