Brandman University invites qualified resumes for an Email Marketing Analyst to join the Marketing team in Irvine, CA Central Campus. The successful candidate will manage the production process and deployment of multiple email campaigns per week, primarily to customers using an Email Service Provider (ESP). Evaluate results of all email marketing programs to determine effectiveness and return. Tasks would also include using data from the ESP and a web analytics tool to analyze the effectiveness of each email campaign, to support recommendations to improve results, and the email marketing program in general.
Position Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that emails are developed, tested, and deployed on time as per marketing calendar.
· Deliver ad-hoc as well as maintain email marketing reports requested by management.
· Gather email campaign results and develop report to determine their effectiveness.
· Prepare and QA all email campaigns for launch and manage email production schedule and asset deadlines.
· Work with the Marketing team to develop, implement, and measure weekly testing procedures to determine best practices.
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Management or directly related field is preferred. One to three years of experience in direct internet marketing or related experience. The ideal candidate will be pro-active; have strong analytical and written skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people from multiple departments; knowledge of current internet standards, including email marketing and CAN-SPAM regulations; proficient in MS Office applications.
