My client is a fantastic little agency who are looking to develop their Online Marketing offering and recruit an experienced PPC Specialist who really can push forward this division. The company is well established and have a steady turnover which makes for an extremely stable environment. With a small, close knit team this is a great environment for the right person to join. All staff have an involvement in the future of the business and are always considered in how the company is ran and develops. Online Marketing is now the main focus in 2010 and in the PPC Specialist/Manager these will be the requirements:

2-3 years hands-on PPC Management

You will have been involved in the full process from strategy to implementation, reporting and further developments

Experience working within a team

Ideally agency experience however not essential

A passion for Search Marketing

You will be required to push the division forward and as you will be managing another team member you must feel comfortable in a position of authority. You will be looking to further your career and have a lot of autonomy in your passion; enabling you to really get your teeth into this position, company and team. The role will allow you to make your mark on something and really challenge yourself. You will be responsible for the day to day management however you will be supported by an SEO/PPC Executive and as the company has aggressive growth plans for the next year; you will eventually move into a more strategy focused role. As the business is slightly smaller than most agency’s this will allow you to be more creative within your role and should you wish to develop your skills in other areas of online marketing such as SEO or Affiliates, then this will be open for you to do.
