The Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing an SEO plan, implementing SEO strategies and monitoring the overall success of all website campaigns. He will work with the Marketing team to implement search strategies and track the effectiveness of both new and existing campaigns. The successful candidate is expected to produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, to be assigned analytic projects and to produce independent analysis to help improve search engine strategies. The position will be report directly to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:

The Senior SEO Expert will:

• Select, refine, and monitor SEO Keyword lists


• Define SEO requirements and recommend site enhancements aimed at increasing search engine rankings and maximizing ROI


• Analyze all quantitative and qualitative data from web analytic tools and translates them into an SEO plan


• Do market and keyword research


• Develop and implement on-page and off-page optimization campaigns which include effective and dynamic copy writing, consistent and sustainable link building campaigns as well as link exchange programs


• Prepare reports depending on business needs

• Report on organic ranking, traffic, conversion, campaign performance of all marketing initiatives


• Conduct competitive and comparative analysis on site structure, keyword density, content and link popularity

Requirements:

Education:

• A Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any marketing or business related courses

Work Experience:

• At least 5 years experience with SEO projects

Special Knowledge & Skills:

• Experience with SEO reporting, AdWords, & Web analytics tools or software


• Extensive experience with search engine mechanics


• Familiarity with web development – HTML, JavaScript, and CSS


• Strong understanding of search optimization in Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, and other search engines


• Specific knowledge and strict adherence to proper SEO guidelines with respect to coding and established copy/keyword best practices


• Excellent analytical skills


• Strong organizational skills, attention to details, critical thinking and learning abilities


• Strong communication skills

• Ability to multi task on multiple projects simultaneously


• Ability to work well under pressure and strict deadlines
