The Company


My Client is one of the largest interactive marketing and technology services agencies in the world. They have over 2000 employees spanning the globe, with a specific focus on digital marketing and technology. They have an excellent client portfolio spanning various industry sectors including; Retail/FMCG, Travel & Finance, working with some of the biggest and well known brands in the world! As the SEO Account Manager, Core Responsibilities Include;



  • Manage tactical initiatives for the Client’s business; maintains a focus that the deliverables and plans are in line with client’s long-term goals.

  • Coordinate client / team meetings, including project kick-off and periodic update meetings with the client.

  • Create proposals, presentations and regular reporting, and other documents for client use in the evaluation and approval of SEM plans/programs.

  • Evaluate and recommend SEO tactics such as Link Development and Social Media.

  • Communicate regularly with client on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, competitive intelligence analysis and other follow-up items.

  • Work with members of the team to develop recommendations and tactical SEO plans.

  • Develop presentations and other materials needed for client and internal meetings.

  • Ensure timely renewal of client SEO programs to avoid any interruption in client service.

  • Lead project team in developing and executing optimization plan.



  • Builds and nurtures client relationships to grow business.

  • Creates proposals, presentations and other documents for client use in the evaluation and approval of SEO plans/programs.

  • Confers with client, utilizing SEO product knowledge and research to understand and/or help determine search marketing goals in order to develop the best search strategy for the client. 

  • Maintain client files on company network and updating information sharing archive.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


 


Experience Required;


·       Understanding of online advertising, preferably in search engine optimization.


·       Strong project management skills as well as verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment.


·       Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.


·       Problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions, and exercise judgment.


·       Ability to motivate and lead others in the development, direction and execution of marketing projects/campaigns. 


·       Relevant degree and a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in the account services field within the advertising industry, or a similar industry.


·       History of client service and developing relationships that lead to long-term engagements.


·       Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
