As a Senior Digital Account Manager at this well known Agency, you will act as the link between the Client and the internal Operations team.  You will be responsible for the management of client campaigns and relationships, as well as providing support to the Account Director and team of Account Managers whilst ensuring all campaigns under your charge are performing to the highest standard.   


 


Role tasks:


 


·         Report to Account Director on existing campaigns and new business


·         Report to Clients on existing campaigns along with the Account Management team


·         Implement the company’s Performance Management System and processes for self and team members


·         Role model the company’s values and ensure that the values are portrayed by each team member at all times


·         Actively manage Account Managers and Account Executives:


·         Introduce and sell new products to existing Clients and to support Account  Managers to do so


·         Negotiate business renewals and to increase length of contract and margins and to support Account Managers to do so


·         Identify clients’ key decision makers and influencers and to implement a network and relationship ,building strategy


·         Assist Account Managers on aged debtors policy and action


·         Support Account Managers to ensure the development and implementation of growth and retention strategies


 


Experience Required;


 


The ideal candidate for the Senior Digital Account Manager role will have at least 3-4 years experience working in an agency environment as a SAM or account manager (preferably within the digital marketing space). The candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent commercial awareness and ability to negotiate whilst being able to provide strategic guidance and direction to their client base. The role requires a strong team player with ability to manage people and provide senior support to their account management team/client base. Experience at managing large marketing budgets and understanding the importance of online digital marketing channels is a must for this role.
