Looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic SEO professionals for an online marketing agency. We recruit creative and analytical approach to problem solving and placing the client at the centre of everything you do.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical consultancy to clients on all aspects of SEO including:

·     Keyword research using a suite of tools

·     Comprehensively research and analyse competitor sites and search results pages

·     Produce and implement back link strategies with 3rd party web site owners

·     SEO technical analysis and evaluation

·     Production of technical change requests

·     Internal link optimisation

·     Website architecture problems

·     HTML and CMS optimisation

·     Analyse visitors and their activity on a website using web analytics software

·     Analyse campaign performance and provide insightful recommendations

·     Understand issues surrounding user experience, accessibility and information architecture

·     Keep up to date with the latest industry developments

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:

·     1+ year SEO agency or in-house experience

·     Knowledge of search engine marketing techniques

·     Website Build HTML, W3C, DDA

·     Web Administration - Log files, tracking and web-analytics

·     Appreciation of Content management Systems (CMS) and dynamic URLs

·     Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks

·     A positive attitude to dealing with people

·     Capable of working independently and as part of the project team

·     Have responsibility as an individual

·     Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions

·     Strong listening and questioning skills

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Desired:

·     Degree level qualification but suitable experience will be considered

·     Demonstrable experience of working within a web development environment

·     CRM software

·     Web Administration - Server maintenance, Apache, IIS, UNIX, DNS, Log files and internet protocols

·     Understanding of tracking and web-analytics software such as Omniture, Webtrends and Google Analytics

·     Programming Visual Basic, ASP, Cold Fusion, JavaScript, .Net

·     Knowledge of XML and RSS would be beneficial
