Under the supervision of the Media Director, the SEM Manager is solely responsible for the day-to-day management of SEM and Affiliate Marketing for properties generating approximately $13 million in annual revenue.
Essential Functions: -Understands and keeps abreast of changing trends in the SEM marketplace -Interprets and makes product enhancement recommendations based on research and analytics -Keep current on competitive practices and pricing -Leads the development of our Search Engine Marketing strategy -Assesses potential from a SEM perspective across paid inclusion and pay for performance search marketing and identify our largest opportunities -Identifies second tier outside search engines and implement strategies -Collaborates with internal content managers on the development of any landing page designs required for SEM -Works with management to develop offers and copy -Maintains, builds and manages Affiliate Marketing through various partners -Manages internal and external relationships -Establishes and performs analytics
Overall manages of the following properties: Commission Junction o Link Connector, Google Adwords, Google Analytics o Yahoo marketing solutions, Microsoft Adcenter, Other Second Tier SEM
