Senior SEO Account /Campaign Manager – International Search Agency
Location: Central London

Job Purpose:
To manage and maintain a portfolio of high value clients, developing KPI focused search strategies and providing high level ongoing search consultancy and developing client relationships as well as providing training and mentoring for SEO Account Managers within the team structure and assisting the SEO Team Leaders in the effective operation of SEO team.
Updates and Appointments:
- Update SEO Team Leader on weekly basis with progress/issues/problems and training needs
Responsibilities within Role:
- Independently manage and take ownership for a portfolio of high value clients
- Effectively manage the communication and deliverables for all clients
- Ensure the timely delivery of all client deliverables
- Plan, organise and develop all client deliverables
- Provide additional services such as client site meetings, additional deliverables and value added organic search techniques to high value clients
- Run client portfolio to minimum 80% profitability
- Update all clients on major industry developments (search marketplace and client industry online)
- Understand and effectively convey search marketing tools and techniques to clients on a consistent, ongoing basis
- Understand and adhere to client KPI's on ongoing basis
- Monitor, address and report client issues to Team Leader
Team and Company Responsibilities;
- Consistently demonstrate a high level of advanced SEO and client management knowledge
- Understand and convey technical principles for SEO
- Demonstrate continued increase in knowledge of SEO
- Keep up to date with marketplace and technical developments and integrate recent search developments into client campaigns
- Lead team events/training exercises and meetings where appropriate including deputising for SEO Team Leaders where required
- Demonstrate consistent focus on KPI's and ROI from SEO on client campaigns
- Review client campaigns, profitability and issues with SEO Team Leader on monthly basis as appropriate
- Escalate client problems or issues with SEO Team Leader as soon as these occur
- Identify and pursue client upsell opportunities
- Share knowledge of search and client management with SEO teams
- Provide mentoring to SEO staff and provide support to SEO Team Leader in team leader duties
- Adhere to best practice organic search optimisation at all times
- Represent my client at high level client meetings and industry events as required
- Complete and take ownership of ongoing Personal Projects
