The Company

My Client is one of the largest interactive marketing and technology services agencies in the world. They have over 2000 employees spanning the globe, with a specific focus on digital marketing and technology. They have an excellent client portfolio spanning various industry sectors including; Retail/FMCG, Travel & Finance, working with some of the biggest and well known brands in the world! Core Responsibilities Include;

·         Develop overall SEO campaign strategy with account service team.

·         Direct Analysts, Copywriters and Social Media experts throughout the duration of SEO campaigns.

·         Develop and present detailed recommendations including optimized website architecture, internal link structure, server and CMS requirements and other factors for SEO optimized websites.

·         Direct web developers, designers and technical teams to produce websites that adhere to SEO standards.

·         Perform highly detailed website audits to identify issues and ensure the site is properly constructed to maximize search engine visibility.

·         Provide analysis of analytics packages for accurate reporting.

·         Consult with clients on website usability, to improve the end-users' experience, and conversion rates to true customers of the client.

·         Provide current SEO strategies and advanced optimization techniques to internal team members.

·         Assist Business Development with detailed website audits, pricing and estimated project timeline.

Experience Required;

·         Bachelors degree with a background in Information Technology, Information Systems, Management/Management Information Systems, eCommerce, or similar field (desirable).

·         Comprehensive technical understanding of search engine optimization

·         Programming skills with HTML, JavaScript, ASP, PHP, Cold Fusion, .NET and Perl (desirable).

·         A proven track record in technology and/or technical production with Web related projects (ideally search engine optimization-related).

·         Strong customer service orientation and the ability to form customer relationships.

·         Strong communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment.

·         The ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

·         Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to present complex subjects in understandable terms.

·         Demonstrable ability to successfully resolve situations that are broadly defined, complex, diverse, and occasionally unprecedented.

·         Ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

·         Adept at creating practical solutions to daily business challenges.

·         Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and processes simultaneously.
