The Company


My client is a leading provider of digital marketing solutions offering a wide range of marketing based products/services including; web design/development, search engine optimisation (SEO), pay per click (PPC), social media and mobile marketing. Due to growth and expansion they are looking to expand their sales division by employing a Senior Sales Executive/Business Development Manager to focus on the development of the SEO and Social Media service offerings. Established over 20 years ago as an offline PR and Communications Agency they made the switch to digital back in 1999 as have not looked back since. Located in East London, the hub of Digital and Creative, this company offers a fantastic opportunity for a New Business Animal.


 


The Role


Reporting into the Head of Search, the Senior Sales Executive/Business Development Manager will be required to develop new business within the SEO/Social Media Space and to manage the accounts and continue to develop the relationship once initially brought on board. The role offers excellent opportunities for progression internally and will certainly be varied and exciting, offering increased levels of autonomy and responsibility.


 


Key Responsibilities Include;


- Generating Leads.


- Securing new business and achieving both personal and company revenue targets.


- Account managing key clients.- Establishing a portfolio of blue chip clients, and consistently generating account growth                     and new business opportunities.- Managing relationships with these clients, maintaining a strategic overview.- Analysing client briefs, putting together highly professional, comprehensive proposals, and negotiating contractual detail.


- Liaison and communication with technical colleagues to facilitate the delivery of profitable business.


 


Essential Requirements


-          New Business Animal – with uncapped commission on offer you must be motivated by money!!


-          Experience working within a Digital/Search Marketing Agency.


-          Knowledge/Experience selling Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and/or Social Media Services.


-          Excellent Communication and Relationship Building Skills.


-          Driven, Ambitious & Tenacious.
