Position SummaryThe Manager of Business Strategy leads the direction of a team of Senior Business Analysts who expand user adoption of Coremetrics' products through the delivery of Strategic Services offerings such as outsourced assignments and project based consultancy. The team of Senior Business Analysts is an expert group in the online marketing and business optimization arena and works closely with clients to provide guidance on how Coremetrics works within their business eco-system. This person will lead the direction for providing internal knowledge to Strategic Services for the development of new consultancy offerings, provide business consultation to clients to enable them to use the products to quickly increase ROI, provide guidance to clients on the use of Coremetrics and integrations with 3rd party providers, and further develop the prescriptive skill set of the team. This role requires management, business acumen, industry knowledge, program management, technical skills and experience.
Position Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the team of Senior Business Analysts to deliver world-class service and best in business consultative guidance to Coremetrics' clients, further developing the prescriptive talents of each team member
- Manage and direct the environments to ensure efficient service to users and provide for long-term product usage retention and adoption
- Plan, control, direct, monitor and measure consultant delivery engagements
- Understands and communicates customer requirements for complex enterprise level clients, documents, and transitions knowledge to the team
- Able to perform analysis to show the value of Coremetrics' products
- Communicate effectively with Sr. Management both internally and externally
- Able to promote a cross-functional participation with other teams in the organization to keep pace with quickly evolving services offerings and assists in the creation of new services offerings by recognizing client needs
- Able to lead a team effectively while managing select key enterprise level clients
The Manager, Business Strategy must have:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years relevant experience. Previous management experience desired.
- Must be well-versed in web analytics, online marketing and business optimization with experience in building and leading a team.
- Ideally, the candidate will have experience in leading a team of consultants who possess excellent customer service skills.
- Leadership/ Management - hires and develops a productive, efficient, knowledgeable team of industry experts and develop the prescriptive skill set of each members
- Customer-Focused - understands value of both internal and external client communications and experience in delivering world class service in a client facing roles.

- Balanced - is well balanced with confidence in strengths and awareness of weaknesses.
