Job Summary:

Create all data, images and copy to get all new products. Work with Excel spreadsheets provided by our vendors, write SEO friendly copy, coordinate creation of images from web department and ensure accurate loading of all product information to web sites.

Job Requirements.

Excellent English writing skills.  Ability to manipulate Excel spreadsheets.  Requires a strong attention to detail and accuracy as well as the ability to work in a very fast paced environment.  Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize are also essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Manipulation and understanding of product data sheets from vendors


• Tracking a large number of data elements and where it is in the upload process of launching to the web


• Creating 2 sets of branded product copy and making it keyword rich for SEO


• Keyword research through Google Ad Words application


• Researching products on vendor sites for additional copy points


• Determining product groupings where necessary


• Determining product attributes


• Creating image instructions


• Proofing image work done by designers


• Fixing failed spreadsheets once uploaded


• Troubleshooting data issues with IT team


• Editing copy in our content management system
