Intelligence and the ability to work pro-actively and without supervision are essential and you should be able to project manage work. Client facing skills are useful too, so having worked Agency side is an advantage. We are a small busy SEO agency and a roll up the sleeves and get the job done approach is essential.

We are very flexible in our working practices and some virtual working is possible but at least one day a week should be based at our HQ in Bristol, England so you must live in or near Bristol, such as Bath, Swindon, Cheltenham, Gloucester.
