My client is a leading client-side business with a heavy focus within online who are looking to expand and develop their Online Marketing department. They are a well established company founded in 1999 who are still owner managed and at a sizeable team of around 35 people. Due to their growth, success and plans they are now looking to recruit an experienced Online Marketing Manager to push forward and lead the company’s online presence. You will be responsible for leading, developing and nurturing the online marketing strategies and team. You will be responsible for a team of 2 which will be set to grow in 2010/2011. Responsibilities will include;

• SEO- You must have both On & Off Page experience. You will be responsible for both the forecast, budget and analysis of the SEO Campaigns


• PPC- You will be responsible for a budget around £200,000 and must therefore have full implementation experience


• You will ideally have additional Online Marketing avenue experience such as Affiliates, Email Marketing or Social Media


• You must be highly analytical with strong reporting and numerical skills


• Experience with site usability ideal


• People Management skills essential

You will also have a set career path here and have the opportunity to progress swiftly through the business. By the close of 2010 you will ideally have been promoted to Ecommerce Marketing Manager and be pushing the business from strength to strength.
