About the Job


The Online Marketing Manager reports directly to our CFO and works closely with our Sales and Operations teams to provide solutions for our clients.  We are offering an excellent opportunity for the right individual to dive right in and make an immediate impact, learn new skills while working alongside a great team of talented and friendly co-workers, and enjoy coming to work every day in a pleasant and positive environment.


This is a full-time job based in West Los Angeles, CA.  Our office is just south of Westwood within walking distance of the UCLA campus.


 


Responsibilities



  • -create, evaluate and optimize online search marketing campaigns on major search engines

  • -collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to understand and manage clients’ expectations and goals

  • -communicate directly with clients about the performance of their campaigns and their desired refinements

  • -analyze the potential of new territories and opportunities and make recommendations to the Sales team

  • -collaborate with senior management to identify and pursue new opportunities in SEO and social media arenas

  • -identify and diagnose performance issues and work with Engineering and Operations teams to implement solutions


 


Requirements



  • -Bachelor’s degree required

  • -Minimum two years of experience in an online marketing role

  • -Inquisitiveness, creativity, analytical skills, high comfort level with data sets and analysis tools, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and then work independently

  • -Strong work ethic, high social IQ and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, sense of humor (no exceptions)
