Full-time SEO/SEM Manager - Akron, OH

Provide clear and consistent direction and leadership to direct reports and/or vendor partners; Monitor daily site performance metrics, and work with various teams to produce and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual reports measuring the performance of the websites and online marketing campaigns; Utilize web analytics and other tools to research, analyze, and monitor customer, competitor, technological and demographic trends so that market opportunities may be realized and implemented; Manage deliverables, reporting, strategy implementation and all communications for SEO strategy; Research and develop SEO best practices to identify new market opportunities and maximize traffic growth and identify a robust SEO keyword list; Analyze SEO landing pages and the associated search keywords, and recommend site changes accordingly; Build and manage SEM (paid search) budget by brand and actively manage spend allocations versus budget; Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs, and events; Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference; Track and report on all site metrics; Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors; Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelors degree in Marketing; 5+ years experience managing paid and natural search programs for well-established online company; 3-5 years experience managing digital content and production for high traffic websites; Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools; Must have a basic understanding of internet programming languages (not necessarily code a web site from the ground up, but how a footer file works, how include files work, domain hosting, image linking, etc.) Skills to include HTML and CSS a plus; Relevant eCommerce and digital experience; Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Exceptional communication and organizational skills; Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team; Advanced computer and internet skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Passion, Integrity and Energy.
