Annually we send over 7000 enthusiastic volunteers to 26 developing countries to teach conversational English and to gain work experience in the fields of medicine, journalism, veterinary science, law and conservation.
To recruit our fee paying volunteers we use a variety of offline and online marketing measures.
Online Marketing Manager:
You will be responsible for expanding the online presence of our global websites (www.projects-abroad.net) and to improve our conversion rates from website visitors to applications. Specifically you will be responsible for:
· The evaluation of daily website activity and development of an online marketing strategy
· Analyse web analytics to lead strategy of website development and online advertising
· Manage and expand our back link campaigns
· Improving user experience and customer interaction
· Developing Search Marketing and Social Media strategies, esp our Web 2 presence
· Liaise with our international Search Engine Advertising Manager
· Analyse data to find trends and make recommendations
· Monitor market changes and translate those into actionable recommendations
You should be:
· A graduate, preferably related to Internet Marketing
· 2+ years of Online Marketing experience
· Knowledge of at least 2 European languages
· Willing to relocate to Mexico or Romania
Contract, salary and benefits:
Contract
You will be employed on a permanent contract, subject to a three-month probationary period. An offer of employment is dependent upon receipt of satisfactory references and personal interview.
Salary & benefits
You will be paid a competitive salary as well as agreed day-to-day work-related expenses; the exact salary depends upon your experience and will be discussed with you during the interview.
