Key Responsibilities
• Manage social media initiatives for multiple client engagements. Work directly with design, tech and client management teams to mastermind social media and digital media programs.
• Plan, develop, implement, manage, measure and report on all social media marketing efforts across all social media channels.
• Develop social media content strategy, guidelines and best practices for our clients and our agency.
• Manage and build a social media team of interns and other positions as needed.

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
• Prior digital agency experience a plus.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of advertising, marketing and digital media.
• Solid knowledge of technology: you understand how things work, can explain clearly it to others, and are able to interface with a tech team without being lost in translation.
• 3+ years of digital experience.
• Prior experience in developing social media campaign (please provide specific examples and your role).
• Familiarity and knowledge of Analytics, Tracking and Social Media Monitoring Tools.
• Contract to hire. Will consider full-time position for qualified candidates.
• Job is based in Los Angeles, CA – no remote work.
