This role offers you the opportunity to grow your online marketing skills and experience in an organization that is proactively expanding its web presence. Online marketing is an important area of focus and you will be in on the "ground floor" of this initiative; this also is an excellent entry point into our marketing organization. You will manage a variety of online activities, including pay per click (PPC), email campaigns, A/B testing and more, and recommend appropriate adjustments.To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have at least three years of experience managing PPC programs, including setting up the logistics, monitoring performance, pulling reports and executing adjustments. You also will need solid analytical skills and good working knowledge of Google Analytics and other online reporting tools. We're looking for a self-motivated professional who understands the spend and response game around online marketing, and who shows the initiative to leverage that understanding to improve campaign effectiveness and increase online sales.
