Full-time SEO / PPC Specialist - Account Manager

The Search Engine Marketing Account Manager is responsible for executing organic search engine optimization and pay per click activities to assist client base achieve client goals, and objectives. We are looking for a goal-oriented, hardworking professional with excellent communication and analytic skills to successfully perform search engine marketing activities for a client base of high tech companies specializing in B2B lead generation.



 



SEO Experience & Duties:


·          Ability to read and interpret HTML code for potential obstacles to visibility including sources of errors, redundancies, and generally any configurations that conflict with SEO best practices.


·          Ability to identify client’s business objectives/goals and grasp their products and services


·          Ability to identify usability issues with client web sites to improve conversion rates.


·          Ability to complete extensive keyword research by analyzing and identify best keyphrases using 3rd party keyword research tools.


·          Ability to configure and troubleshooting Google Analytics.


·          Ability to work with third party developers to troubleshoot code and configurations in order to properly implement tracking scripts and SEO-critical elements.


·          Ability to write optimized website content using SEO Best Practices


·          Ability to identify link building opportunities


·          Ability to provide actionable recommendations on an on-going basis


·          Ability to communicate professionally with clients with phone and email contact



 



PPC Experience & Duties


·          Ability to provide keyword analysis by identifying  keyword targets across paid search engines for relevancy, costs and ROI


·          Ability to write compelling ad creative following established search engine guidelines


·          Ability to continuously optimize client paid campaigns by employing bid management, position and match strategies to maximize CTR, CPC, CPA and ROI


·          Account Management- Daily phone and email contact with client base



 



Desired Skills & Experience:


·          Account management experience in an advertising agency or web house a plus


·          B2B or B2C marketing background/experience – lead generation or eCommerce


·          Internet marketing experience beyond search a plus


·          Excellent communication skills, verbal and written


·          Excellent Excel skills


·          Highly organized with an ability to meet deadlines


·          Professional appearance and a positive attitude
