Type: Fulltime/ Permanent


Salary: £23k per annum


About the Client:


Our client is an online business that has grown significantly in terms of clicks, conversions, turnover and customer base over the last 5 years (doubled year-on-year). They are a 100% online accommodation business, and provide their visitors with a choice of more than 10,000 properties, that are all available to be viewed and booked online.


They have an E-Commerce team of 30 people and headed up by a known online industry professional from Google Due to the ongoing the expansion of their languages & microsites they are seeking a creative and dynamic SEO Executive who has a good understanding of SEO, Link Building and exposure to some level of PR with good communication skills.


The position will involve providing support to the SEO Manager in researching, building cross-partnership relationships and analysing client websites to find possible SEO enhancing initiatives. Must have good understanding of Link Building and be able to use the functions on Excel spreadsheets. You should also be creative and pro-active, energised and motivated. Online PR experience and exposure to Sales environments is also desirable.


Primary Responsibilities:


 


·          Searching, Analysing and approaching relevant websites in order to build up site partnerships and links to these websites.


·          Gathering, colleting, analysing data using Excel spreadsheet.


·          Experience in building partnerships on a B2B level.


·          Researching for link baiting ideas.


·          Reporting on Organic Search performance using Excel.


·          Exciting online PR activities.


 


Experience and Knowledge:


        


·          Good experience in SEO preferably in an Online Industry


·          Extensive experience in executing link building activities


·          Must be Fluent in written and spoken English - other languages are beneficial


·          Experience using Excel spreadsheets, including data input and basic calculation functions


Key Skills:


The ideal candidate must have strong sales and communication skills coupled with a passion and good understanding of SEO.  The focus will be predominantly offpage optimisation which requires good PR skills, creativity and ability to connect on a B2B level.

·          Knowledge of the travel industry
