Joomla! Web-development freelancer needed

We are a company located in Germany and need an experienced web-developer with focus on the content management system Joomla. We already have a homepage which we would like to change up a little and implement in Joomla.
Your responsibility would be to
- create a Joomla-Template with different functionalities from the current homepage design
- generate a search-engine friendly homepage structure and source code
- assist us with further questions relating the newly created homepage
The design and functionality should be a variation of the rhuk_milkyway template that is available from Joomla.
