This is an ideal role for someone currently working in-house who wants to work on a diverse set of clients in an agency environment. The role would also suit someone with experience in an agency who wants to take the next step in their career.

You will need to be a fantastic communicator with a knack for explaining complex technical details in laymans terms. You must have experience writing actionable reports, both technical and creative. The right candidate must have a skill for understanding and simplifying large sets of data. Excel skills will be required as they is utilised every day across a variety of your tasks, which will include but not be limited to; keyphrase research, competitor analysis, information architecture, technical site reviews and analytics analysis. You will be comfortable promoting yourself on the various social networks, and will most likely be running a few projects outside your day job.

Distilled are known as experts within the Search Marketing Industry. We work with a number of high profile businesses along with a host of smaller clients. We believe that no-one can ever know everything there is to know so you will receive ongoing training plus be exposed to and work alongside some of the top names in SEO in London and the US. You will spend time researching and testing new theories. We don't believe in re-inventing the wheel so you must be able to follow processes, though you will always be looking for ways of refining and improving the way we do things.

We regularly run training events including our annual PROseminar run alongside SEOmoz. Distilled is always keen to provide the right people opportunities to speak at our own and other industry conferences. You will need to be self motivated and very organised and above all have unbounded enthusiasm for the internet. You will be expected to run client projects, helping to define the strategy and ensuring the day to day tasks are completed accurately and on time. The role will be based full time in our office in central London. You will be given dual monitors, beer o'clock, bi monthly parties and various other perks which contribute to Distilled be a place you want to work!

We are willing to consider any reasonable salary request, however we are anticipating paying between £30,000 and £35,000 for this role.
