Position Overview

The eCommerce site administrator will work closely with the eCommerce marketing team to provide client support to FillTek eCommerce retail clients. The eCommerce Marketing team manages all FillTek Direct to Consumer (DTC) websites and marketing sites to ensure site usability, stability and aesthetics are developed, launched and maintained in accordance with established client guidelines. This team member will provide integral support to the overall success of the team and must be able to work well in a team in a fast paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities  

• Perform general website copy, graphical, and layout changes as requested


• Create special marketing landing pages based on design mock-ups


• Set up and maintain promotions and coupons using different website managers


• Manage various product data feeds using site manager tools


• Troubleshoot website bugs and issues to a resolution or code change request


• Perform cross-browser quality assurance on website fixes and updates

Job Qualifications

Education & Experience

•   Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant experience


• Three plus years experience in website maintenance and management


• Experience working with various website management tools

Skills & Competencies  

• Advanced knowledge in HTML, CSS, and Excel. Photoshop is a plus


• Website administration skills are a must


• Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand integrity 


• Ability to communicate to internal and external customers in a professional manner


• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at one time
