The Music2Deal Marketing team is responsible for marketing the company's exceptional product portfolio to end users, partners and customers on a worldwide basis. We have a variety of roles, including product marketing, creative services, event management, quantitative marketing and field marketing.
The role: Marketing Manager, Consumer Marketing

At Music2Deal, you are marketing professionals who are entrepreneurial, creative, analytical, and above all, have a penchant for the impact of technology on people's lives - to shape this change in India. As a Marketing Manager for Music2Deal India, you will own the marketing strategy and execution for one or more of Music2Deal consumer products, and be responsible for driving product awareness and usage. You are expected to have a deep understanding of the Indian consumer, Indian media scenario and how technology is being used in marketing today. Basis this understanding you’ll be designing and executing promotional campaigns, working with various cross-functional teams to launch new products/features, liaise with partners on co-marketing initiatives, and work with external agencies like ad & media agencies, market research firms and event managers.
Responsibilities:
Own and implement marketing strategy for one or more of Music2Deal's products in India
Design marketing campaigns using online, offline and co-marketing activities keeping in mind user behavior, competition and macro-economic scenario.
Develop success metrics and set outcomes for all campaigns to closely measure and track the ROI on the marketing spends
Create narratives and define value propositions for the various Music2Deal products and therefore share compelling product stories with the users
Continuously understand user behaviors and usage preferences by commissioning regular market research studies
Requirements:
BA/BS degree preferred with strong academic record. MBA (or equivalent) a plus
At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally with some FMCG, consumer durables, telecom or consulting companies
Experience in Pan-India campaigns execution across different social media
Experience in designing social media marketing campaigns, handling advertising agencies, and a good appreciation of media planning, market research and direct marketing preferred
