Job Description:

Apply knowledge of Search Engine Optimization to drive more traffic to the site by managing SEO projects & initiatives, aligning marketing campaigns, analyzing ROI, assist and provide guidance to the editorial / content resource on SEO best practice and techniques, overseeing reporting activities and collaborating with IT to fulfill all business expectations.

• Knowledge of search engine algorithms


• On-page SEO expertise - content, inter-linking, code optimization


• Off-page SEO expertise - link building / optimization /acquisition


• Link Building strategy and techniques


• Competitor link analysis and keyword research


• Ability to create an on-site and offsite content strategy


• Keep up-to-date on SEO strategies/tactics/algorithm shifts

Requirements:

• 4-year college-level degree or equivalent experience


• 2+ years experience minimum


• Financial experience is a plus


• HTML/CSS experience recommended


• E-commerce experience in regards to generating revenue through content is a plus


• Web-savvy and proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Omniture


• Superior interpersonal communication skills


• Ability to translate analysis into useful managerial reports


• Good multi-tasking abilities and strong initiative


• Other online marketing - Social Media, Email, Affiliate, Article and PPC are a plus.
