Position Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the development and online release of SqwishLand Online game currently under development in Manila. The position will report to the Executive Director of the studio. The key responsibility will be guiding the team and external developers to deliver an engaging, high quality game that represents the SqwishLand brand and game experience appropriately for success in the online MMOG market. The position will be based in Makati studio.Essential Job Functions:• Work with  Product Development team and external developers to deliver a high quality game on time and on budget.

• Ensure that efficient, rigorous management processes are applied to the development effort to ensure that development remains on time, on budget, and that project issues are communicated clearly throughout the organization.

• Coordinate Product Development, Brand Management and Business Development teams in the US and Asia Pacific to ensure that the game being made satisfies requirements for all parties. • Represent the product within SqwishLand studio • Communicate closely with the US and Philippine creative teams to ensure that the game reaches necessary quality for the target markets, and maintains quality standards for the SqwishLand franchise as a whole. • Work closely with the US-based creative team to ensure that the creative content of the game remains in accordance for the SqwishLand standards for how the brand and characters are represented. Experience/Skills:• Four year degree with a technical or management background preferred  • 3-5 years of production management experience in games or a similar field • Shipped at least 2 projects from start to finish in a production managementcapacity • Extensive knowledge of game industry trends and production practices, especially in the Asian PC / Online market. • Proven ability to motivate and lead teams • Strong project management skills • Experience in critical analysis of project scheduling process • Exceptional organizational and communication skills • Strong people management and problem-solving skills, to include conflictmanagement and resolution
