With advertising clients including mainstream brands like Barclays, Mercedes, Met Police, Vodafone, o2, DHL, BMI, and 3Mobile, as well as ethnic brands such as Western Union, State Bank of India and UK Islamic Mission our client is the first business that is dedicated to offering a central point of contact for UK and International brands wishing to target ethnic consumers in the UK via online advertising.  Joining as the Agency Sales Manager it will be your responsibility to lead a Media Sales team by example, negotiating, selling and securing key advertising partnerships with both agencies and clients.  To qualify we are seeking strong Media Sales Executives / Advertising Sales Managers who can demonstrate the following.

• Lead / Manage an ad agency team of two Sales Executives with full responsibility over their performance.


• A proactive approach to securing revenue through both telephone and face to face sales techniques.


• Excellent communication skills (you will regularly liaise with and report directly to the UK Head of Sales).


• A previous track record of hitting targets and succeeding within a media sales environment.


• A black book of industry contacts (particularly the top twenty advertising agencies with current and relevant contacts at media buyer level).
