• Manage and optimize search efforts related to shopping engines
• Leading multivariate creative testing to optimize landing pages and develop new customer experiences for search programs
• Effectively manage third-party vendors such a Marin Software, Google Ad Team etc., so that we get the optimum value out of these relationships
• Lead, mentor, and manage a small but highly motivated, talented team search team

• Experience with third-party bid management and analytics software
• Proficiency in Google AdWords (certification required)
• Experience in driving competitive site analysis, keyword density analysis, optimization of site content, and ad-copy generation
• Data-driven mindset; demonstrated prowess in analyzing and interpreting complex data including using advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, statistical analysis)
• Exceptional planning and project management skills
• Superior attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task and work with in tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in managing/directing teams preferred
The Benefits You’ll Get:
