- Several solid years of SEO experience, principles and optimization variables
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and common programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, etc.)
- Experience with Advanced SEO guideline, tracking/reporting tools, algorithms, analysis and ranking factors
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in link building campaigns and the ability to interpret data
- Basic web content/design knowledge and how they relate to SEO functions
- Strong skills in development and the ability to convey knowledge to clients
- Experience in training technical and non-technical clients
- Very strong communication and organizational skills in a fast paced environment
