We need a display visionary who can bring fresh, bleeding-edge strategies and provide leadership within our expanding corporation
Overview of Responsibilities:
•Ownership of SEM campaign management, including budgeting, internal communication of targets and results and leveraging SEM tools and partnerships to achieve marketing goals.
•Works with product owners to ensure accurate marketing goals and a clear understanding of all test scenarios and levers available to help scale the business.
•Performing keyword research and analysis to grow SEM campaigns in accordance with consumer and product demand.
•Leverages internal and external reporting systems to adjust keyword bids across engines, ensuring that campaigns are priced such that the campaigns hit specified marketing goals.
•Managing creative and landing page tests, optimizing ad copy and landing pages based on performance and marketing goals.
•Responsible for managing internal projects that relate to the implementation of tracking, promotional changes and partner-specific adjustments to internal tools and processes.
•Performing scheduled reports to monitor performance at a detailed level.
Experience / Training / Education:
•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a marketing field
•SEM or online marketing experience preferred
•Experience with Adwords Editor and other desktop tools is preferred
•Training in Google adwords, Yahoo Search or Bing Search is preferred
•Experience with Micorsoft Office Applications especially Excel is preferred
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
•Knowledge of the consumer lending and/or real estate industries a plus
•Ability to multi-task in a detail-oriented environment is a must
•Excellent statistical analysis skills, ability to research and analyze various different types and large amounts of data information
•Effective oral and written communication skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Computer skills: thorough working knowledge of intermediate MS Word, MS Outlook, advanced MS Excel, advanced knowledge of Internet
•Ability to work under pressure of multiple projects and deadlines
•Ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in direction
•Ability to interpret and apply required policies and procedures
•Ability to work in a team environment
