Job purpose:To plan and carry out online bidding on portals like Elance, Odesk, Guru, virtual Worker etc. for software and web development projects, so as to maintain and procure software development projects from U.S. and U.K. as well as from Domestic Clients in accordance with agreed business plans for executionPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:Experience in handling overseas clients.Should have a sound knowledge of all the bidding portals like Elance, Odesk, Guru, virtual Worker etcShould be responsible for generating business from online bidding portals like Elance, GURU, Odesk,, virtual Worker etc.Capable in proposal writing, Effort Estimation, Client follow up, Software requirement gathering, link between the Development team and Client.He should have complete understanding of the Sales cycle of the Web-Development business from bidding, negotiating till closure.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
