They hold a Guinness world record to their name.You are: A highly experienced social media gaming professional capable of deconstructing moment-by-moment gameplay, creating engaging hooks with embedded options for monetisation.  You will be experienced in the creation and maintenance of in-game economies and comfortable working alongside key decision makers on new game features.It will be your insight and passion for data and social gaming that will fuel monetisation and optimisation campaigns, identify key trends and opportunities and increase player engagement.To qualify...  We are seeking Monetisation Experts well versed in online/gaming/social gaming who can demonstrate:

• Extensive experience managing in-game monetisation, marketing or viral campaigns, ideally for a game in the social online space.


• Experience of working with social games on Facebook or MySpace.


• Superb analytical thinking skills, encompassing both the science (A/B focus testing on game flow etc) and the art (understanding of game design mechanics etc) of modern games development


• Highly experienced at manipulating and analysing large data sets to inform strategic decisions.


• Strong interest in interactive media, social networking, freemium games and MMOs.


• Ability to think creatively, act entrepreneurially and thrive in a fast paced environment.
