Job Description: Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Operations will lead all Operations to achieve the group’s objectives through strategies, tactics and plans that enable the Company to continue its aggressive growth. The incumbent sets goals, monitors work, and evaluates results to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities: • Working with the executive team and business team members to assess current and future business requirements and implementing adjustments to service delivery • Manage / Influence all Functions of Operations- including Business Development / Sales • Overall advertiser and advertising network partner customer satisfaction. • Budget management / Strategic Planning. • Talent and Performance Management of internal team. • Facilitates the development, maintenance and monitoring of organizational plans. • Responsible for preparing the organization for ongoing change. • Ensures clarity, understanding and commitment from all stakeholders. • Responsible for the development and management of integrated, strategy aligned departmental work plans. • Develops innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Such duties do not normally change the level of the job. • Responsibilities include making sure operational flow is optimized and consistent throughout business units. • Does not have IT responsibility. • Work with Business Unit leaders to insure day to day operations are smooth and optimal.
