Web and UI Designer/Developer with Optimization Focus

We are a Local Search Marketing consulting agency that is looking to expand into UI design and conversion optimization for our personal and client work. We are looking for a designer that can show their abilities on a branding and design project, and then expand the position into a full time opportunity.

Responsibilities:?

·       Create a solid design & coding process for Nifty Marketing that centers on analysis, client input, constraints, and findings from a/b and multivariate testing.

·       Manage multiple projects at different stages of the design and optimization process.

·       Continually test the effectives of launched projects and tweak as necessary.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in web design or web related technologies is preferred but work experience and skill set will trump all degrees.

·       Expertise in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery

·       Expertise in Photoshop and a deep passion for design.

·       Writing and Communication skills in client and team settings.

·       A drive to learn the lasted in standards and practices.

·       Organization and the ability to meet deadlines a must

·       Solid understanding of CMS (worpdress, joomla, drupal)

·       Mobile UI Design

Work from a remote location is OK, willingness to move to Salt Lake City, or Southern Idaho is ideal.
