SEARCH MARKETING MANAGER - BRIGHTONWe are seeking an ambitious and experienced Search Marketing Manager to join a fantastic out-of-London integrated marketing communications agency that is just a pebbles throw from the beach!  More...Founded in 1946, this IPA agency works hand-in-hand with high profile organisations (NHS, Sainsbury’s, Oxfam, The Environment Agency, American Express, Visit England) producing outstanding creative marketing ideas that engage, inspire and get people talking about the brands.Working closely with the Managing Director and Accounts Team, this is very much a hands-on but strategic position. Utilising natural creative, people and project management skills, the Search Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing a growing Search Team, planning, implementing, analysing and reporting bespoke Paid and Organic search marketing campaigns. Further responsibilities include:

• Build, develop and maintain strong client relationships.


• Turning client briefs into effective search campaigns combining Paid, Organic and Social.


• Development of all aspects of search opportunities including strategy, planning, implementation and reporting.


• Manage Pay-Per-Click campaigns with large PPC budgets.


• New business development involving creating new business pitches and presenting.

To qualify... We are seeking a Search Marketing Manager with strong all round search marketing experience gained working within a marketing or digital agency and key skills in the following areas:

• Experience planning, coordinating, managing and producing search marketing solutions from brief to delivery.


• Have a relevant Degree, CIM or equivalent marketing qualification.


• Managing large Paid Search budgets with effective ROI analysis.


• Background in search engine optimisation.


• Experience in reporting and presenting to clients.


• An excellent understanding of the search landscape.


• A strong technical understanding of search products and analytics platforms available.
