Working with some of the world’s leading brands our client assists them with the provision of marketing services that include digital and mobile media, advertising, branding, sponsorship, sales promotion, design and packaging, experiential, planning and PR. 

The Account Manager will take ownership of high profile accounts providing a range of TTL marketing with the support of an Account Director and Account Executive and will be responsible for the social media strategy and implementation across a number of accounts.

The Account Manager will ensure a superior level of service is provided to clients while managing revenue for the agency, building upon existing business relationships, developing new assignments and managing key service requirements.

Your duties will be varied but will include the following:

• Assisting the development of strategy and implementation plans for assignments in line with budget constraints.


• Providing the best creative solution to the client by understanding the clients’ needs, liaising with design teams and using own creative judgment.


• Managing agency/client reporting on deliverables.


• Managing supplier relationships.


• Supporting the AD on marketing tactics and strategy using your expertise and knowledge.


• Ensure agency resources are effectively and efficiently used.


• Maintain and update client contacts with a view to regular communication on agency news.


• Undertake market research for new and existing business looking into new areas, gaps in the market, assessing competitors and client needs both known and unknown.

To qualify... the ideal candidate should an ideas person and already have demonstrable experience within a marketing or integrated agency in an account management role combining excellent administration, organisational, time management skills and must be fluent in social media and its role within the marketing mix. You must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with a confident, tactful and a persuasive manner with an interest in brands, marketing, advertising and all things new.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your marketing career in an ambitious, forward thinking creative integrated agency with a sense of adventure!
