DESCRIPTION:
Web/SEO Manager for national automotive leasing firm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Optimization of multiple company websites, including optimizing current web page designs and working with closely with the marketing/merchandising managers
Constant competitor SEO/PPC analysis
Reporting & Analytics, measuring sites' KPIs beyond the ranking (conversions, leads, lead quality, etc.)
Driving and improving traffic to the web properties using SEO tactics
Fully aware of current and upcoming SEO/SEM trends and changes (e.g. Live becoming Bing, Google Wave/Squared)
Link Development, work within the team to strategize, research, & implement a successful link development plan
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 3 years of proven SEO experience, from developing strategies to implementing, and tracking, tactics deployed
Knowledge of SEO methods and best practices
Knowledge and understanding of current search engine algorithms/methods
Basic programming and web design knowledge, and how it effects SEO. HTML required, CSS and JavaScript knowledge desired.
Experience with analytics, primarily Google Analytics
Strong understanding of the Internet Business and E-Commerce
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively; excellent planning and organizational skills
Excellent collaborative skills, we’re looking for a consistent team player.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT WOULD BE A PLUS:
IIS server, ASP.NET, C#, Google AdWords, Microsoft AdCenter and Yahoo Sponsored Search. (PPC) familiarity
COMPENSATION:
Salary range, 40K to 55K, depending on experience.
