Front Office Executive (Receptionist)

At Wings IT Solutions Pvt Ltd (New Delhi)

Desired Profile:

• Handle questions about the business or offer brochures with business information.


• Take messages and make sure they get to the appropriate employees.


• Accept and sign for packages and distribute mail.


• Occasional filling, bookkeeping and scheduling. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.


• Pickup and deliver the mail.


• Answer phones and transfer calls to the   appropriate employees.


• Greet and assist visitors with visitor badges or escort them to an office or meeting room.

• Maintain a pleasant appearance of the reception area or lobby.

Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences telephone calls.

Education/Qualification:

Min. bachelor’s degree in any stream as well as Good IT skill
